The Shrine of this saint lies at the foot of Ondra fort at north of Gulmit village just back side of the Mir Palace. The exact whereabouts of this Shrine is also not known however people during old time very deeply respected this place. It is said that the Mirs of hunza whenever visited this village they visited this shrine and also sacrificed any animal there. Some people narrate that Raja Shahbaz Khan father of Bahadur Khan has seen a dream and after that this place was identified as Shrine of Khawaja Mardi Wali.
