Due to high altitude the Gojal valley is deficient in natural forest. However, the valley is very rich in different seasonal flora and important medicinal plants. Due to high altitude the Chipurson valley and surrounding areas have very low plantation coverage. The agriculture season is also very short due to short photoperiod. AKRSP introduced farm forestry in the region and now local people have planted different forest trees in barren areas. Different varieties of mountain flowers are found in surrounding pastures and mountains, which prominently include amber, sosan, ect. Snow leopards, wolves coming from the Little Pamir) and foxes are distinguished better; while among the birds, kirgas, kherz, buspur, yirgot, crows and pies are prominent. The key flora found in Gojal area include Poa grasses, Draba trinervia, Polygonum affine, Saxifraga sibirica, Euphorbia kanaorica
