Gojal is a highly scatted area and different valleys are far away from each others. In central Hunza the main settlements are totally dependent on the melted water of the Ultar Glacier for irrigation and drinking water. However, in Gojal different valleys and villages have separate glaciers as well as springs. Some of the Important glaciers in Gojal valley are as below.
