  • 1 store-bought graham cracker pie crust

  • Fresh fruit, such as berries, peaches, or oranges, for garnish

  2. In a large bowl, whisk the Cool Whip and yogurt together until smooth.

  3. Scrape the Cool Whip-yogurt mixture into the pie crust. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours.

  • Cool Whip is sold frozen and will need to be defrosted beforehand. This can be done in the refrigerator, microwave, or in cold water. Thawing in the refrigerator will take some planning as it needs to sit about 5 hours (or overnight). The microwave method is simple, but you will need to pay close attention; remove the lid and microwave on the defrost setting for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until smooth. A third method is to place the tub in a bowl filled with cold water and let it sit for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • To give the pie a more sophisticated look, arrange the fruit slices on top before you fully freeze the pie. Depending on the weight of the fruit, you might want to freeze the pie for an hour before adding the slices or whole fruit so they don’t sink into the yogurt mixture.

1 box 5.85-oz instant chocolate pudding

1 pre-made 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

1 8 oz tub whipped cream

1 regular sized Hershey’s Chocolate Bar

as called for on box 2% milk



2.) Pour a little less than half of your chocolate pudding into the bottom of your graham cracker pie crust.

3.) Mix the remaining pudding with 1/2 of the whipped cream and stir well.

4.) Add as the next layer of pie.

5.) Add 1/2 of the remaining whipped cream to the top of the pie.

6.) Using a potato peeler shave off chocolate pieces to add to the top of your pie.

7.) Refrigerate for 1 hour (or more) Serve and enjoy!
