Add juice of half a lime, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, and fold and chop again. In a bowl combine peanut butter, coconut milk, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and mix. Break off lettuce leafs and stuff with chicken mix and coconut peanut sauce.

Carrot
Onion
Celery
Garlic
Thyme
Pasta
Parsley

– Chop carrot, onion, celery and garlic. Heat oil on medium heat in a pot. Cooking veggies until soft and add thyme. Once soft add water and add leftover chicken and chicken carcass. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove carcass and any bones. Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes. Add shredded chicken, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-3 minutes, remove and garnish with chives. Enjoy!
